Add New Amount Unit

This adds a new row to the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Add New Amount Unit.

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Amount Unit menu click Remove Rows.

Copy Rows

This copies the data in the selected rows of the Amount Unit resource table to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Amount Unit menu click Copy Rows.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows of the Amount Unit resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Amount Unit menu click Cut Rows.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Paste Rows.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Undo.

Load Amount Unit File

This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Load Amount Unit File.
  3. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
  4. Click the file, and then click Open.

Save Amount Unit File

This saves the Amount Unit resource table as a comma separated value file.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Save Amount Unit File.
  3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
  4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
  5. Click Save.

Save Amount Unit

This saves the Amount Unit in the database.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Save Amount Unit, or click the Save Amount Unit button in the button bar.

Note

Close Amount Unit

This closes the window.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Close Amount Unit, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Note

Refresh Amount Unit

This reverts the data for the Amount Unit to the version in the database.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. On the Amount Unit menu click Refresh Amount Unit.

Move Up

This moves the selected row up for one position in the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. Select a row in the table.
  3. On the Amount Unit menu click Move Up.

Move Down

This moves the selected row down for one position in the Amount Unit resource table.

  1. Make the Amount Unit window active in the Board.
  2. Select a row in the table.
  3. On the Amount Unit menu click Move Down.
