Add New Cells

This adds a new row to the Cells resource table.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Add New Cells.

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the Cells resource table.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Cells menu click Remove Rows.

Copy Rows

This copies the data in the selected rows of the Cells resource table to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Cells menu click Copy Rows.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows of the Cells resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Cells menu click Cut Rows.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the Cells resource table.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Paste Rows.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the Cells resource table.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Undo.

Load Cells File

This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the Cells resource table.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Load Cells File.
  3. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
  4. Click the file, and then click Open.

Note

Save Cells File

This saves the Cells resource table as a comma separated value file.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Save Cells File.
  3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
  4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
  5. Click Save.

Note

Save Cells

This saves the Cells in the database.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Save Cells, or click the Save Cells button in the button bar.

Note

Close Cells

This closes the window.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Close Cells, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Note

Refresh Cells

This reverts the data for the Cells to the version in the database.

  1. Make the Cells window active in the Board.
  2. On the Cells menu click Refresh Cells.
