Table Report View

Add New Row

This adds a new row to the table.

  1. Make the Table Report View window active in the Board.
  2. Select the row under which you would like the new row to appear.
  3. On the Table Report menu click Add New Row .

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the table.

  1. Make the Table Report View window active in the Board.
  2. Select the row(s) you want to remove.
  3. On the Table Report menu click Remove Rows.

Copy Rows

This copies the selected rows to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Table Report menu click Copy Rows.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows and copies them to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Table Report menu click Cut Rows.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the table.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. On the Table Report menu click Paste Rows.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the table.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. On the Table Report menu click Undo.

Save Table File

This saves the Table Report as a comma separated value file.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. On the Table Report menu click Save Table File.
  3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
  4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
  5. Click Save.

Close Table Report

This closes the window.

  1. Make the Table Report window active in the Board.
  2. Click the X button on the window's Title bar.
