DBNo List View (LI)

New DBNo List View

This opens a new DBNo List window in the Board.

  1. To create a new DBNo List view,
    • In the Main Window, go to OptionsNew ViewDBNo List (LI), or
    • In the Board, when a DBNo List window is active, go to DBNo ListNew DBNo List, or
    • Following a search for a DBNo List record, drag-and-drop to the Board the DBNOLIST ( . ) root node of a tree resulting from the search, or double-click on it.

Save As New DBNo List

This saves the DBNo List as a new entry in the database.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Save As New DBNo List, or click the Save As New DBNo List button in the button bar.

Save DBNo List

This saves the DBNo List in the database.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Save DBNo List, or click the Save DBNo List button in the button bar.

Delete DBNo List

This removes the DBNo List from the database.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Delete DBNo List.
  3. If you are sure you want to remove the DBNo List from the database, Click OK.

Note

Refresh DBNo List

This reverts the data for the DBNo List to the last saved version in the database.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Refresh DBNo List.

Close DBNo List

This closes the window.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Close DBNo List, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Show all Cells

This shows all Fields, including the hidden ones, in the DBNo List view.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Show all Cells.

Show Lab Visible Cells

This hides the originally hidden Fields in the DBNo List view; i.e., any fields hidden by a lab master, then revealed by Show all Cells, will again be hidden.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. On the DBNo List menu click Show Lab Visible Cells.

Generate Report for DBNo List

This creates a text report for the DBNo List.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. In the Report menu click Generate Report for DBNo List.

Record XML Dump

This saves an XML report of the DBNo List to the disk.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. In the Report menu click Record XML Dump.
  3. Fill out the pop up.
    • Inline DTD determines if the DTD (Document Type Definition) should be included in the File.
    • Formatting determines if new lines and spaces should be included in the File.
    • File Name defines the name of the File to be saved.
  4. Click the Save File button.

Add Info

This adds a new row to the Info table.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. Click on the ICON button on the right side of the Info Field.
  3. Enter data into the editable columns of the new row.

Remove Info

This removes the selected row from the Info table.

  1. Make the DBNo List window active in the Board.
  2. Select a row in the Info Field, then click on the ICON button on the right side of the Info Field.
  3. Click Remove Info in the 'Are You Sure?' popup.

Note

Email Info

This emails the selected Info to the User who created the DBNo List.

  1. Make the Employee Record window active in the Board.
  2. Select a row in the Info Field, then click on the ICON button on the right side of the Info Field.
  3. Click Send Email in the 'Are You Sure?' popup.
